ICL names Asaf Alperovitz as new CFO, effective June 2026

ICL Group Ltd. (NYSE: ICL) announced that Asaf Alperovitz will become chief financial officer on June 15, 2026, replacing Aviram Lahav, who will retire on that date.
The appointment was approved by the company's board of directors. Alperovitz will also join the executive management team of the specialty minerals company.
Alperovitz currently serves as CFO of SolarEdge Technologies and has more than 20 years of senior financial experience. His previous roles include CFO positions at Delta Galil Industries and Syneron Candela, as well as CEO at Allmed Solutions. He also held senior management positions including head of the Israeli desk at Ernst & Young.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, and is a certified public accountant in Israel.

Aharonson said he expects Alperovitz's global experience in public companies and senior management positions to support the company's growth and strategy execution.
