Helix BioPharma Corp. (AMEX: HBP) reports that Mr. Jack M. Kay has been appointed as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Kay replaces Dr. Donald H. Segal in this capacity. Dr. Segal remains as Helix's Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company.
Helix is also pleased to announce that Professor Kazimierz Roszkowski-Zli| has been appointed European Medical Director, to provide critical oversight and direction for Helix's upcoming European L-DOS47 clinical program.
