Helium Evolution names Malcolm Adams as president and CEO
Helium Evolution Incorporated (TSXV: HEVI) announced the appointment of Malcolm Adams as president, chief executive officer and director, effective February 1, 2026.
Adams brings over 30 years of experience in energy, private equity and technology sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and is a registered professional engineer. Adams is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
"I'm excited to join HEVI at this pivotal time," Adams said. "The company has assembled something unique - a massive Saskatchewan land position in a producing helium basin, a strong partnership with Canada's largest helium producer, North American Helium, and a strategic shareholder in ENEOS Xplora USA."
Jim Baker, chairman of the board and outgoing interim president and CEO, said Adams brings disciplined capital markets experience and operational knowledge that aligns with the company's focus on advancing its helium assets in southern Saskatchewan.
Helium Evolution is a Calgary-based helium exploration company focused on developing assets in southern Saskatchewan. The company reports holding over five million acres of land under permit near proven discoveries of economic helium concentrations.
