Helios Technologies Inc. (NYSE: HLIO) announced that Billy Aldridge has been appointed president of the company's Electronics Segment, effective January 4, 2026. The appointment elevates Aldridge from his current role as senior vice president and managing director of the Electronics Segment, a position he has held since March 31, 2025.

Aldridge previously served as senior vice president and managing director of Enovation Controls since May 2021. He joined FW Murphy, a division of Enovation Controls, in 2008 as OEM sales manager, where he developed the marine market before advancing to director in 2015 and vice president of business development in 2018.

Before joining the Helios organization, Aldridge worked at MerCruiser/Mercury, part of Brunswick Corporation, starting in 2000. During his tenure there, he earned Lean Six Sigma certification and worked across multiple functional areas including supply chain, program management, and OEM sales. He holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Oklahoma State University.

"As we see our new go-to-market strategy begin to gain real traction, especially following a record quarter at Enovation Controls, we are confident the time is right to elevate Billy Aldridge to President of Electronics," said Sean Bagan, president and chief executive officer of Helios Technologies.

Sarasota, Florida-based Helios Technologies operates as a motion control and electronic controls technology company serving construction, material handling, agriculture, energy, recreational vehicles, marine, and health and wellness markets. The company sells products to customers in over 90 countries and has paid quarterly cash dividends since becoming public in 1997.
