Health In Tech names Sri Rajagopalan as chief technology officer

Health In Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ: HIT) appointed Sri Rajagopalan as chief technology officer, effective February 23, 2026, according to a company statement.
Rajagopalan had served as interim CTO since November 2025. In his new role, he will oversee product engineering and enterprise platform operations for the AI-enabled InsurTech platform company.
The executive brings more than two decades of enterprise technology experience, having held senior positions at SAP and IBM. Since 2019, he focused on healthcare technology, serving in leadership roles at Net Health, Zelis, and Greenway Health.
"Sri's deep enterprise architecture and large-scale platform engineering experience comes at a pivotal moment in Health In Tech's evolution," said Tim Johnson, chief executive officer of Health In Tech. "As we expand our AI-enabled underwriting and benefits administration platform, Sri will strengthen our core technology foundation."
Rajagopalan stated his priority is to "scale a secure, cloud-native, AI-enabled platform architecture that supports high-volume transaction processing, advanced data analytics, and seamless ecosystem integrations."
Health In Tech operates as an AI-enabled InsurTech platform company that provides a marketplace aimed at improving healthcare industry processes through vertical integration and automation.
