Harrow names Frank Mullery CEO of ImprimisRx subsidiary

Harrow (NASDAQ: HROW) announced the appointment of Frank Mullery as Chief Executive Officer of its wholly-owned subsidiary ImprimisRx. The company also named Bridseida Cruz as Head of Quality for the subsidiary.



Mullery brings over 20 years of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry experience. He most recently served as President of Sintetica US, where he led the creation of the company's U.S. subsidiary and launched five sterile injectable products. Prior to that role, he was President and Chief Commercial Officer of STI Pharma and spent more than seven years at Mylan, including as President of Mylan Institutional. During his tenure at Mylan Institutional, revenues reached more than $1 billion in 2018.



Cruz has over 25 years of experience in quality and operations across 503B outsourcing, pharmaceutical, and medical device organizations. She has led FDA Warning Letter and regulatory observation remediation plans and successfully commissioned and launched a new FDA-registered compounding facility. Cruz holds an MBA in Business Management and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.



"I am honored to have Frank and Bridseida join ImprimisRx in these senior leadership roles," said Mark L. Baum, Harrow's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, according to the company's statement.



Harrow describes itself as a provider of ophthalmic disease management solutions in North America. The company offers products addressing conditions affecting the front and back of the eye, including dry eye disease, wet age-related macular degeneration, cataracts, and glaucoma.
