Grow Capital, Inc. (OTC: GRWC) announced the promotion of Brock McKinley to president, according to a company press release. The Nevada-based fintech company said the appointment supports its strategic shift toward recordkeeping and financial technology services.

McKinley joined Grow Capital as a consultant in 2021 and was previously appointed president of a subsidiary. He founded Encompass More, LLC in 2018, which operates as Encompass More Asset Management, LLC, a registered investment adviser, and Encompass More Investments, LLC, a FINRA and SEC-registered broker-dealer where he maintains majority ownership.

"Brock has done a phenomenal job for our organization and has proven that he's the man to lead Grow Capital to the next level of corporate achievements," said Terry Kennedy, CEO of Grow Capital, Inc.

McKinley's career began in the insurance industry in 2006. He attended BYU-Idaho from 2008-2009 and nursing school at Dixie State University from 2009-2012 before returning to the insurance field in 2012.

As president, McKinley will oversee strategic execution, operational excellence, technology integration, and growth initiatives across the company's recordkeeping and fintech operations. The company said he played a role in integrating recordkeeping technology that forms the foundation of Grow Capital's current platform.

"Grow Capital continues to focus on enhancing its fintech platform to better serve employers, advisors, and individuals," McKinley said in the release.

Grow Capital describes itself as a publicly traded fintech company focused on modernizing recordkeeping for financial, retirement, and benefits systems.
