Green Brick Partners to promote Dolson to Co-CEO in October 2026

Green Brick Partners (NYSE: GRBK) announced that Jed Dolson, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and President, will be promoted to Co-Chief Executive Officer on October 15, 2026, as part of the company's long-term succession planning process.

Dolson joined Green Brick Partners in 2013 as Head of Land Acquisition and Development. Over his tenure, he held several roles of increasing responsibility, including President of the Texas Region, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and most recently President of Green Brick Partners. From 2022 to 2024, he also served as President of Trophy Signature Homes.

Green Brick Partners is a homebuilding and land development company operating in Texas, Georgia, and Florida. The company owns five subsidiary homebuilders in Texas and holds controlling interests in homebuilders in Atlanta, Georgia, and Port St. Lucie, Florida.
