GrabAGun Digital Holdings Inc. (NYSE: PEW), an online retailer of firearms, ammunition and related accessories, announced that co-founder and Chief Financial Officer Justin Hilty will retire from the CFO role effective August 14, 2026, after 15 years with the company.

Jonathan Terry has been appointed to succeed Hilty as Chief Financial Officer, also effective August 14, 2026. Hilty will remain with the company through the end of 2026 to support the transition.

Hilty co-founded GrabAGun in 2011 and served as CFO since the company's founding, including through its listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

Terry brings more than 25 years of financial and operational experience. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Global Finance at YETI, where he led global financial planning and analysis for the consumer brand. He previously held CFO roles at Outschool, Outdoorsy/Roamly and RetailMeNot, and served as Regional Chief Financial Officer of Arrow Electronics' Americas Components business, which generated approximately $6 billion in revenue. His experience includes financial planning and analysis, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and public company financial management.

"Jonathan brings the financial leadership, operational experience and public company expertise that will be important as GrabAGun enters its next stage of growth," said Marc Nemati, Chief Executive Officer of GrabAGun.
