Gold Hunter Resources Inc. (CSE: HUNT) (OTCQB: HNTRF) (FSE: 6RH) appointed Rory Kutluoglu as Vice President of Exploration, expanding his role from Independent Technical Advisor as the company prepares for drilling at its Great Northern Project in Newfoundland.

Kutluoglu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Lakehead University and brings over 20 years of exploration experience. He is a Professional Geologist registered with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia since 2011 and a Fellow of both the Society of Economic Geologists and the Geological Society of London.

Previously, Kutluoglu served as Exploration Manager for Kaminak Gold Corporation from 2012 to 2015, where he contributed to delivering the initial mineral resource estimate and feasibility study for the Coffee Gold Project in the Yukon. Goldcorp Inc., now Newmont Corporation, subsequently acquired that project for $520 million. He also held executive positions at Kutcho Copper Corp., Dolly Varden Silver Corp., and other mining companies.

At the company's Annual General Meeting held March 12, 2026, shareholders re-elected Sean Kingsley, Brandon Schwabe, John Theobald, Michael Williams, and Lewis Lawrick as directors. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Manning Elliott LLP as auditor and the audited financial statements for fiscal years ended August 31, 2025 and 2024.

Gold Hunter issued 2.73 million finder's warrants to an arm's length finder in connection with its recent non-brokered private placement. The warrants are exercisable at the closing price on the trading day before issuance for 36 months.

The company repaid $200,000 of its $400,000 interest-free bridge loan following the completion of its $6.75 million private placement in February 2026, reducing the remaining balance to $200,000.

Gold Hunter granted 3.75 million stock options to officers, directors, and consultants at an exercise price of $0.06 per share for three years. The options vest immediately and are subject to a four-month statutory hold period.
