Gogo reshuffles executive role in subsidiary reorganization

Gogo (NASDAQ: GOGO) announced that Hayden Olson transitioned from EVP, General Manager of SD Government to EVP, Corporate Development, effective July 15, 2026.

The move is part of an internal reorganization of Satcom Direct Government, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Gogo. The company stated the reorganization is expected to improve operating efficiency and support previously disclosed synergy targets.

In his new role, Olson will oversee strategic initiatives and be responsible for developing military and government partnership opportunities, as well as new revenue opportunities tied to the company's existing assets. He continues to report to Christopher Moore, Chief Executive Officer.

As a result of the change in responsibilities, Olson is no longer classified as an "executive officer" or "officer" of the company under Rules 3b-7 or 16a-1(f) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
