Globant (NYSE: GLOB) has appointed Sarab Narang as chief executive of Glob.AI, its AI-native technology services unit, the company said in a press release. Narang will report directly to Martín Migoya, Globant's co-founder and CEO.

Glob.AI offers enterprise clients access to what the company calls AI Pods — service units operated by AI agents and supervised by humans. The unit prices its services based on output or consumption rather than hours or seats.

Narang brings more than 23 years of experience in enterprise AI, generative AI, machine learning, and management consulting. He most recently served as vice president of central product management at ServiceNow, where he helped develop and scale the company's agentic AI and generative AI products. Before that, he spent more than five years at Amazon Web Services, serving as general manager and global head of generative AI and machine learning go-to-market, overseeing products including Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock. Earlier, he spent 12 years at KPMG leading AI and technology engagements.

In his new role, Narang will oversee Glob.AI's growth, enterprise adoption, and expansion of its AI Pods ecosystem. As of June, Glob.AI reported annual recurring revenue growth of roughly 60% in a single quarter, a $436 million pipeline, and adoption across 45% of Globant's top 20 accounts.

"Sarab's experience building and scaling enterprise AI businesses makes him the right leader to advance Glob.AI and help clients embrace this new way of accessing technology and innovation," Migoya said.
