General Electric (GE) Expands Officer Count with Three New Appointments

General Electric (NYSE: GE) has appointed three new company officers.
  • Anthony J. Aiello has been named vice president Assembly, Test & Overhaul for GE Aviation. Aiello holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from Penn State University.

  • Alan C. Caslavka has been appointed vice president, Avionics Systems for GE Aviation Systems. Caslavka has recently joined GE from Rockwell Collins, Inc. (NYSE: COL), holding several positions over 25 years. Most recently, he served as vice president & general manager for their Precision Strike Platforms and Navigation Products group. Caslavka received his Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Industrial Engineering at Iowa State University of Science & Technology, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Nova Southeastern University.

  • Kieran P. Murphy is president and CEO, Life Sciences for GE Healthcare. Murphy joined GE Healthcare in April 2008, as a result of GE’s acquisition of Whatman plc, where he was CEO. Murphy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Science from University College, Dublin, Ireland and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Manchester, UK.
