GBank names Jason Amos as executive vice president and CTO

GBank Financial Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: GBFH) announced the appointment of Jason Amos as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of its banking subsidiary GBank.
Amos brings over 20 years of experience in technology leadership roles at companies including Microsoft, Intel Security (McAfee), and Dell. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer for multiple technology and fintech companies, with expertise spanning cloud platforms, cybersecurity, payments infrastructure, and financial technologies.
In his new role, Amos will oversee technology strategy, engineering execution, and platform governance. His immediate priorities include modernizing ACH processing, increasing automation, and strengthening operational resilience. He will also lead GBank's approach to digital assets and blockchain technologies using controlled, non-custodial, and audit-aligned architectures.

The appointment supports GBank's transition toward a digital-first operating model. GBank Financial Holdings is headquartered in Las Vegas and operates payment and gaming fintech business lines alongside SBA lending across 40 states.
