Fushi Copperweld (FSIN) Appoints Jim Hanrahan as VP of Ops

Fushi Copperweld Inc., (Nasdaq: FSIN), announced the appointment of James P. (J.P.) Hanrahan to the position of Vice President of Operations.

In this role, Mr. Hanrahan will be responsible for developing strategy and areas of improvement throughout Fushi Copperweld's global operations as well as establishing performance goals and monitor performance to ensure progress, continuous improvement and business growth are in line with the Company's overall global business strategy.

Hanrahan was with Thomson, a provider of digital technologies serving the global media & entertainment industries, where he worked for over 30 years in a series of positions with increasing responsibility. Most recently at Thomson, Mr. Hanrahan held the dual roles of General Manager of Worldwide Corporate Programs, managing projects related to the company's overall supply chain, operations, and IT integration programs, and General Manager Worldwide Sales for Thomson Displays, optimizing the company's global sales efforts.

Hanrahan holds degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Ball State University.
