Funko names Kristin Hamilton as chief commercial officer

Funko, Inc. (Nasdaq: FNKO) has appointed Kristin Hamilton as Chief Commercial Officer, the company announced. Hamilton joins from Crunchyroll and will officially start in the role on August 24.



Hamilton will lead Funko's global commercial organization, with responsibility for revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement across the Funko, Loungefly, and Mondo brands. She will report to CEO Josh Simon and work alongside the company's product, brand, licensing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams.



Hamilton brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial, digital, and brand roles. At Crunchyroll, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Global eCommerce and Direct-to-Consumer. Before that, she spent nearly 15 years at Hasbro in roles spanning global eCommerce, consumer products strategy, brand management, and marketing.



Simon said: "Kristin brings the commercial leadership we need for the next stage of Funko's growth. She has a proven ability to scale global commercial organizations, build lasting retail partnerships and translate brand passion into sustained revenue growth."



Funko is headquartered in Everett, Washington, and was founded in 1998.
