FranklinCovey promotes Holly Procter to Enterprise Division president

FranklinCovey Co. (NYSE: FC) announced the promotion of Holly Procter from Chief Revenue Officer to President of its Enterprise Division, effective September 1. The appointment follows the departure of Jennifer C. Colosimo, who served as President of the Enterprise Division and will step down August 31.



Procter joined FranklinCovey in June 2024 and was appointed Chief Revenue Officer in November 2024. She currently leads the Enterprise North America team including Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. Since joining, she has led the transformation of the company's go-to-market model and designed new revenue excellence and operations functions.



Prior to FranklinCovey, Procter held leadership positions at LinkedIn, Gallup, Clari, WeWork, and Incredible Health. She holds a Master of Business Administration and bachelor's degree in business administration, management, and marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Colosimo served as President of the Enterprise Division since September 2020 and was appointed an Executive Officer in January 2021. She worked at FranklinCovey for nearly 24 years and will provide consulting services as a senior advisor through December 2025 to ensure a transition.
