Franklin Electric names Daniela Williams as chief human resources officer

Franklin Electric Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: FELE) announced Monday that Daniela Williams will join the company as Chief Human Resources Officer, according to a press release.

Williams will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, development and compliance functions. She will report to CEO Joe Ruzynski and serve on the executive leadership team.

"Daniela has a well-established reputation for leading and managing talent at a global scale," Ruzynski said in the release. "Her expertise spans HR technology, talent development, analytics and global workforce strategy."

Williams previously served at automotive technology company Visteon Corporation, where she managed HR functions and global talent acquisition. At Visteon, she established the company's first Women's Leadership Program focused on developing leadership skills.

The Fort Wayne, Indiana-based company produces systems and components for water and energy movement applications. Franklin Electric serves customers in residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial, municipal, and fueling sectors.

"My focus has always been on supporting decisions that contribute to growth, profitability, building great teams, and long-term success," Williams said in the announcement.

The appointment comes as Franklin Electric continues its growth initiatives, with Williams expected to lead talent and culture strategy for the global organization.
