Foresee Pharmaceuticals names new chief commercial officer

Foresee Pharmaceuticals (TPEx: 6576) appointed Brian J. Groch as Chief Commercial Officer, effective July 1, 2026, according to a press release from the Taiwan-based biopharmaceutical company.

Groch will oversee the commercial launch strategy for FP-001 42 mg, an investigational six-month subcutaneous long-acting injectable of leuprolide mesylate being developed for the treatment of central precocious puberty (CPP) in the United States, Taiwan, and potentially other markets.

Groch has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including leadership roles at Remi Therapeutics, Shield Therapeutics, Veru Inc., and Horizon Therapeutics. He previously served as Director of Health Policy and Regional Sales at Novartis and spent more than 13 years at Merck in commercial and marketing management roles.

"Brian will lead Foresee in building a commercial team to launch the FP-001 for the treatment of CPP patients in the U.S., Taiwan, and potentially other selected countries," said Dr. Ben Chien, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Foresee Pharmaceuticals.

Foresee said it plans to submit a New Drug Application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for FP-001 42 mg in the second half of 2026. Marketing authorization applications for Taiwan and other markets are targeted for late 2026 through the first half of 2027.

The company's Phase 3 clinical trial for FP-001, known as the Casppian trial, reached its primary endpoint in December 2025 with a p-value of 0.0005.
