Focus Media Holding Limited (Nasdaq: FMCN), reports it's Vice President of Finance, Mr. Ge Xu, is resigning from his current role, effective August 31, 2011.
Xu stated, "I feel lucky for being able to work with Jason and other members of Focus Media's management team. The good memory will accompany me all the time."
