Fluent, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLNT) has appointed Jeanniey Walden as chief marketing officer, the company announced. Walden previously served on Fluent's Board of Advisors before joining the executive team.

Walden brings more than three decades of experience in marketing, commerce, and digital transformation. Her prior roles include leadership positions at Rite Aid, Barnes & Noble, JCPenney, Mercer, and DailyPay. Most recently, she founded Liftoff Enterprises, an advisory firm.

In her new role, Walden will oversee Fluent's global marketing strategy and lead brand and go-to-market efforts. She will work with the company's commercial and product teams to expand relationships with enterprise brands and support Fluent's commerce media portfolio, including its Owned and Operated and Trevant businesses.

"Jeanniey understands our customers because she has been one of them," said Don Patrick, Fluent's CEO. "She has spent her career building brands, leading commerce media transformation and navigating many of the commerce media challenges our clients are confronting today."

The appointment follows Fluent's launch of Fluent In-Store, described as an identity-resolved, post-transaction commerce media solution. The company's commerce media business accounted for 63% of total consolidated revenue in the second quarter of 2026, with an annual revenue run rate exceeding $125 million. Fluent's current brand clients include CVS, Dick's Sporting Goods, Bath & Body Works, Walmart, and Wyndham, according to a company press release.
