Flowserve names Alice DeBiasio as Flow Control Division president

Flowserve Corporation (NYSE: FLS) appointed Alice DeBiasio as President of the Flow Control Division, effective October 13, 2025, according to a company statement.
DeBiasio joins Flowserve from Carrier Corporation, where she served as Vice President and General Manager leading multiple business segments including Truck Trailer Americas, Sensitech and Digital Solutions for Climate Solutions Transportation divisions. She previously held leadership positions at Resideo, formerly Honeywell, and Northrop Grumman in product management, software solutions, project management and engineering roles.
"Alice brings a wealth of industrial knowledge with a proven track record of increasing responsibility across a variety of industries, to Flowserve," said Scott Rowe, Flowserve President and Chief Executive Officer. "Her leadership, global perspective, and digital transformation experience will be instrumental as we continue to leverage our Flowserve Business System to deliver sustained, profitable growth and create long-term value for our shareholders and associates."
DeBiasio holds an MBA and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Stony Brook University, plus a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Music Instrumental Performance from the University of Miami.
Kirk Wilson, the current Flow Control Division President, will remain with Flowserve as a senior advisor through January 9, 2026, to assist with special projects and facilitate the leadership transition.
Flowserve operates in more than 50 countries, producing engineered and industrial pumps, seals and valves along with related flow management services for global infrastructure markets.
