Epsium Enterprise names Wong Ching Wan as chief financial officer

Epsium Enterprise Limited (NASDAQ: EPSM) appointed Wong Ching Wan as chief financial officer effective May 1, 2026, the company announced.



Ming Yin Gordon Au Yeung stepped down from the CFO position effective April 30, 2026. The company stated his departure was not the result of any disagreement with the company on matters relating to operations, policies or practices.



Wong brings over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across U.S. and Hong Kong listed companies. He previously served as CFO and Head of Reporting at Intelligent Living Application Group Inc., where he handled SEC compliance and financial reporting.



His experience includes roles as a compliance advisor focusing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission listing requirements, as well as positions in financial control and reporting at multinational and listed companies. Wong also served as CFO and Director of Fuqi International, Inc.



Wong holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Professional Business Administration from Troy University.



"His experience in SEC reporting and cross-border financial compliance will support our continued development as a Nasdaq-listed company and further strengthen our financial reporting and internal control framework," said Son I Tam, Chairman and CEO of Epsium.



Epsium operates through its Macau entity, Companhia de Comércio Luz Limitada, which imports and distributes alcoholic beverages in Macau. The company's product portfolio includes Chinese liquor, French cognac, Scotch whisky, fine wine, and Champagne.
