Eos Energy Enterprises (NASDAQ: EOSE) appointed Michelle Buczkowski as Chief Commercial Officer, effective August 24, 2026, according to a company statement. She succeeds Nathan Kroeker, who will leave the company on October 20, 2026, following a transition period.

Buczkowski previously served as Chief Administrative Officer at Eos since November 2025, overseeing government affairs, marketing, communications, and human resources. In that role, she secured a $24 million Pennsylvania grant tied to the company's manufacturing expansion. Sales, business development, government affairs, marketing, and communications will now report to her in the new role.

Buczkowski brings more than 20 years of energy-sector experience, including prior leadership positions at Duquesne Light Company and Consol Energy/CNX Resources.

Kroeker joined Eos in January 2023 as Chief Financial Officer before transitioning to Chief Commercial Officer in 2025. During his tenure as CFO, he led financing efforts that secured over $2 billion in capital and financing commitments, including a Cerberus Delayed Draw Term Loan and a Department of Energy Loan Guarantee.

"Michelle turns relationships into results," said Joe Mastrangelo, Chief Executive Officer of Eos. "She secured the state support behind our factory, built the team that staffs it, and opened the federal channel that led to our Department of War partnership."

"My job is converting that into orders, revenue, and customer relationships that last," Buczkowski said. "We have the technology, the factory, and the team. The work ahead is execution."
