EnWave sells second 120kW machine to Procescir, names new CFO
EnWave Corporation (TSX-V: ENW | FSE: E4U) has signed a second equipment purchase agreement with Procescir S.A. de C.V. for an additional 120kW Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV™) dehydration machine, according to a press release issued July 7, 2026.
Procescir, a vertically integrated Mexican agricultural company with farming operations in Northwest Mexico since 1960, previously purchased a 120kW REV™ machine from EnWave. The second unit is expected to be delivered to Procescir's facility before the end of 2026. EnWave said the added capacity is expected to increase recurring royalty revenue as commercial production scales up.
Procescir uses REV™ technology to produce dried fruit, vegetable, and ingredient products for private-label and branded customers, as well as for toll drying services serving international food companies.
EnWave also announced a chief financial officer transition. Nav Dhami will assume the CFO role effective July 24, 2026, replacing Dylan Murray, who is departing for another professional opportunity. Murray served as CFO for four years.
Dhami currently serves as EnWave's financial controller and has over ten years of experience in financial operations, risk management, and financial reporting. In connection with her appointment, EnWave has granted Dhami 300,000 incentive stock options, exercisable at the closing price of the company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on July 24, 2026. The options carry a five-year term and vest in one-third increments over 18 months, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
