Elauwit Connection names Nick Jones as CIO and COO

Elauwit Connection, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELWT), a managed services provider of broadband and WiFi networks for multifamily, student housing, and senior living communities, has appointed Nick Jones as Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Jones previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at World Cinema, Inc., a managed technology and in-room entertainment provider serving more than 8,000 properties and more than one million rooms across more than 200 brands. He also previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at NJT, Inc., an outsourced managed services provider, and worked as a network engineer at Schlumberger, First Edge Sornson, and Castle Dental.

Jones replaces Rick Alder, who served as Chief Operations Officer through the company's initial public offering phase. During Alder's tenure, Elauwit reported expansion to 176 sites and nearly 40,000 units over 15 months, improvement in Google customer satisfaction scores to 4.4 stars, and an increase in one-touch call resolution from 70% to 87%.
