Ecovyst names Laurie Bergman as CFO, replacing Michael Feehan

Ecovyst Inc. (NYSE: ECVT) has appointed Laurie Bergman as Chief Financial Officer, effective Aug. 24, 2026, replacing Michael Feehan, who is departing the company.

Bergman, 49, joins Ecovyst from Legacy Food Group, where she served as CFO since July 2024. Prior to that, she was CFO of Liquid Environmental Solutions from June 2021 to June 2024. She also held the roles of Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, and VP Accounting at UGI Corporation from February 2019 to June 2021.

Bergman holds board seats at Arq, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARQ), where she chairs the audit committee, and at QNB Corp. (NASDAQ: QNBC), where she serves on the audit committee. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University.

Feehan is expected to remain with the company through Sept. 30, 2026 to assist with the transition of his duties.

Chief Executive Officer Kurt J. Bitting said in a statement that Bergman brings "proven experience in implementing growth strategies" and thanked Feehan for his contributions to the company.
