ECS, a provider of technology solutions and part of ASGN Incorporated (NYSE: ASGN), appointed Donnie Scott as president. Scott succeeds John Heneghan and will lead ASGN's Federal Segment, according to a company statement.
Scott brings over 25 years of leadership experience in federal services and products. He most recently served as chief executive officer of IDEMIA Public Security North America, a global identity, biometrics, and digital security technologies company serving government customers.
Prior to IDEMIA, Scott worked as an industry sales leader at DXC Technology, supporting U.S. Public Sector and National Security markets and helping generate more than $1 billion in sales for the company's national security business. He previously held senior leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, and Electronic Data Systems.
"Donnie is a proven growth leader with deep experience delivering technology products and services to federal customers at scale," said Ted Hanson, chief executive officer of ASGN.
Scott holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Virginia and participates in industry associations focused on biometrics, travel, and emerging technologies.
Heneghan, who served as president of ASGN's Federal Segment for four years, will transition to the role of consulting transformation officer within the company's Commercial Segment.
ECS provides technology solutions in data and AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise transformation to government agencies. The company is one of six ASGN brands that will unify under the new Everforth brand, with the transition expected in the first half of 2026.
