Duos Technologies names Christopher DeAlmeida as new CFO

Duos Technologies Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DUOT) appointed Christopher DeAlmeida as chief financial officer, effective Aug. 24, 2026, according to a press release from the Jacksonville, Florida-based company.
DeAlmeida succeeds Adrian Goldfarb, who is retiring after more than a decade with the company. The appointment follows a previously disclosed executive transition plan.
DeAlmeida brings more than 20 years of public company financial leadership experience, including roles in financial planning and analysis, SEC compliance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. He most recently served as fractional CFO for founder-led and private equity-backed companies. He previously served as CFO of Wrap Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WRAP) from 2022 to 2024, and before that as CFO of Encore, where he completed two acquisitions. He also spent 11 years at Orion Group Holdings, Inc., serving as CFO, treasurer, and executive vice president. He has completed more than 15 buy-side acquisitions during his career.
In his new role, DeAlmeida will oversee capital allocation, financial planning, and investment strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
