Duke Robotics Corp. (Nasdaq: DUKR; DUKRW) has appointed Avi Levin as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026, according to a press release from the company. Levin succeeds Shlomo Zakai, who is expected to continue providing financial and corporate consulting services during the transition.

Levin is a certified public accountant with more than two decades of corporate finance and capital markets experience across the United States and Israel. He has raised more than $130 million through private placements and public offerings with Nasdaq-listed issuers throughout his career.

He previously served as CFO of Ability Inc. (Nasdaq: ABIL), where he helped lead three Nasdaq offerings raising an aggregate of $78 million. He also held CFO roles at RAD Data Communications, where he managed a 49-person global finance and IT organization across 11 subsidiaries, and at enterprise AI software provider BlackSwan Technologies. Most recently, he worked as a senior financial advisor to late-stage technology companies on capital raising and IPO readiness.

Earlier in his career, Levin worked at Credit Suisse in New York on initial public offerings and equity and debt financings for NYSE-listed companies. He also held finance roles at Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE: BR) and served as Financial Reporting Manager at Overseas Shipholding Group. He began his career in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Jose and Tel Aviv. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and holds CPA licenses in both the United States and Israel.

"Duke is at a pivotal inflection point," said CEO Yiftach Kleinman in the statement, citing commercial progress in utility grid solutions and defense platform development as areas where Levin's capital markets background would be applied.

Duke Robotics develops drone and robotics systems for civilian and defense markets, including an insulator cleaning drone and a weapons drone system marketed through a collaboration with Elbit Systems Land Ltd.
