Douglas Elliman Realty appointed Natalie Passerini as chief marketing officer, the luxury real estate brokerage announced December 18. Passerini previously served as the company's vice president of marketing and returns during what the company describes as a period of brand evolution.
Passerini will oversee Douglas Elliman's corporate brand and national marketing platform, including advertising, events, search-engine optimization, and agent branding initiatives. The appointment comes as Douglas Elliman (NYSE: DOUG) works with creative agency Watson on reimagining its brand identity.
"This pivotal moment calls for an innovative leader with a bold vision for the Douglas Elliman brand," said Michael S. Liebowitz, president and chief executive officer of Douglas Elliman Inc. "Natalie is that leader, and I am thrilled to welcome her back."
Passerini brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate marketing, having held executive positions at Sotheby's International Realty and PlanOmatic. She has led marketing initiatives supporting what the company states were hundreds of billions of dollars in sales across residential, luxury, new development, commercial, and retail real estate sectors.
"Douglas Elliman has always been defined by its agents—their expertise, their relationships, their entrepreneurial spirit," Passerini said. "Coming back as CMO is a full-circle moment for me, and I'm excited to lead a brand evolution that puts our agents front and center."
Douglas Elliman operates as one of the largest residential brokerage companies in the United States, with offices across multiple states including New York, Florida, California, Texas, and Colorado.
