Dot AI names Dr. Ansgar Thiede as chief strategy officer

Dot AI (NASDAQ: DAIC) appointed Dr. Ansgar Thiede as chief strategy officer, effective January 5, 2026, according to a company press release.

Dr. Thiede will lead product strategy and customer experience at the IoT and AI-based software company. His responsibilities include shaping the company's long-term product roadmap and ensuring enterprise-grade customer experiences.

The new executive brings more than a decade of experience in AI-driven, software-as-a-service platforms within enterprise environments. He previously held senior product and engineering leadership roles at Infios and Blue Yonder, where he managed global teams across data science, software engineering, platform operations and customer enablement.

"The opportunity now is to be deliberate and disciplined, delivering exceptional outcomes for current customers while building a product and operating model that can scale with confidence," Dr. Thiede said in the press release.

Chief Executive Officer Ed Nabrotzky said Dr. Thiede's experience in translating technology into scalable platforms will support the company's development as an enterprise-focused, publicly traded company.

Dot AI provides asset intelligence technology for supply chain operations, combining IoT tracking technology with AI-enhanced analytics. The Las Vegas-based company offers real-time asset visibility and predictive analytics through its software platform.
