Diginex names Jan-Jaap Verhoeve as chief commercial officer
Diginex Limited (NASDAQ: DGNX), a provider of ESG, sustainability and compliance solutions, announced the appointment of Jan-Jaap Verhoeve as chief commercial officer, according to a press release issued July 7, 2026.
Verhoeve will oversee global revenue strategy, including direct and indirect sales, reseller ecosystem development and strategic partnerships. His responsibilities also include advising on the company's mergers and acquisitions strategy, with a focus on opportunities to expand market reach and capabilities.
Before joining Diginex, Verhoeve held senior commercial and partnerships roles at Plan A, an enterprise sustainability platform with clients including BMW, Visa, BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank. He is also co-founder of the Greentech Alliance, a sustainability network of more than 3,500 companies.
Lubomila Jordanova, chief executive officer of Diginex, said in the statement: "His mandate is clear: to accelerate revenue growth, deepen our reseller and strategic partnership channels, and ensure that our commercial strategy translates market demand into disciplined execution and long-term value creation for our customers and shareholders."
Diginex is headquartered in London and offers ESG reporting software supporting 19 global frameworks, including GRI, SASB and TCFD.
