DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) has named Holly Grant as President, AI Innovation and Strategy & LabX, expanding her leadership role at the company's AI-native product incubator.
Grant, who previously led strategy and innovation at DXC, will now also oversee the commercial side of the company's AI partner platform strategy through what DXC calls its AI Platforms Engine. She will continue to report directly to CEO Raul Fernandez.
The expanded LabX unit will bring together DXC's offerings across Amazon Quick, Anthropic's Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. DXC said the unit will use a workforce of tens of thousands of forward-deployed engineers embedded directly in customer environments to deploy AI solutions.
LabX was launched in April 2026 to develop AI solutions that could be tested internally and with customers before broader deployment. The expanded remit adds platform strategy and commercial functions to its original product incubation role.
"Holly has been a driving force behind our AI strategy and has built LabX into an important source of innovation for DXC and our customers," Fernandez said in the statement.
Grant said the focus would be on moving customers beyond pilot projects to deploying AI across core business systems. "By combining our deep industry knowledge with expertise across leading AI platforms, LabX will help customers move beyond pilot purgatory and deploy AI at scale across their core systems," she said.
Before joining DXC, Grant served as Chief Operating Officer at Long-Term Stock Exchange, and held strategy and operations roles at other technology companies.
