Criteo S.A. (NASDAQ: CRTO) announced the appointment of Connor McGogney as Chief Financial Officer, effective Aug. 10, 2026. McGogney succeeds Sarah Glickman, who has served as CFO since 2020 and will remain in an advisory role through the end of September to support the transition.
McGogney has served as Chief Strategy Officer at Criteo and joined the company in 2018. In his new role, he will continue to oversee strategy, corporate development, and partnerships in addition to leading the finance organization. He will report to Chief Executive Officer Michael Komasinski and remain based in New York.
McGogney brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic planning. Prior to Criteo, he held leadership roles at Nielsen and worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse. He holds a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. with a focus on Corporate Finance from New York University.
"Connor brings a unique combination of finance and strategy expertise, capital markets experience and relationships, and a deep understanding of our business," Komasinski said in a statement.
