Cosigo Resources appoints Stephen Pearce as chief financial officer

Cosigo Resources Ltd. (TSXV: CSG) (OTCQB: COSRF) announced the appointment of Stephen Pearce as chief financial officer effective April 28, 2026, according to a company statement.
Pearce, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, holds a law degree from the University of British Columbia and an honors degree in economics from York University with an emphasis on corporate finance. He currently serves as director and CFO of Sitka Gold Corp. and Golden Goliath Resources Ltd., and has experience with small underground mining operations, including periods as mine manager.
The appointment follows the departure of Greg Jackson, who stepped aside from the CFO position to pursue another opportunity. The company's board of directors acknowledged Jackson's contributions during his tenure.
The appointment requires approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
Cosigo Resources is a junior exploration company focused on gold exploration in Colombia's Taraira District near the Brazilian border. The company also holds interests in the Willow Creek property in Nevada, the Damian property in Colombia's Cordillera region, and owns 13.26% of DHK Diamonds Inc., which explores for diamonds in Canada's Northwest Territories.
