Connection names Matt Zafirovski as president and COO

Connection (PC Connection, Inc.; NASDAQ: CNXN), an information technology solutions provider based in Merrimack, N.H., announced that Matt Zafirovski has joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer, effective October 12, 2026.

Zafirovski reports to Timothy McGrath, who previously held the title of President and Chief Executive Officer and will continue as Chief Executive Officer following the appointment.

Zafirovski brings more than 15 years of experience across technology, consulting, global operations, and business transformation. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Tusker, a national IT solutions and services provider, where he also previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer. At Tusker, he is credited with helping nearly double revenue through organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and services expansion.

Earlier in his career, Zafirovski held leadership and advisory roles at Groupon International, McKinsey & Company, Apple, Meadowood Associates, and Chicago Public Schools. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in public policy from Duke University.

"Matt is a proven leader with broad experience across technology, operations, strategy, and business transformation," McGrath said in a statement included in the press release.
