Community West Bank COO Blaine Lauhon to retire December 2026

Community West Bank announced that Chief Operating Officer Blaine C. Lauhon will retire effective December 31, 2026, according to a company statement.
Lauhon joined Community West Bank in 2017 following the acquisition of Folsom Lake Bank and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in December 2024. He previously held roles including Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Banking Officer, and Senior Vice President.
The executive oversees the Operations Division, which includes Loan Operations, Facilities, Technology/Data/Analytics, Project Management, Deposit Operations, and Marketing. His banking career spans more than 40 years across credit, commercial banking, operations, and market management.
"Blaine has been an integral member of our executive leadership team, overseeing operational and support departments throughout the Bank," said James J. Kim, CEO of Community West Bancshares (NASDAQ: CWBC) and President and CEO of Community West Bank.
Community West Bancshares operates full-service banking centers throughout Central California. The company was established in 1979 and opened its first banking center in January 1980.
