Colony Financial, Inc. (NYSE: CLNY) announced that Darren J. Tangen has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. In addition, Mr. Tangen will retain his current responsibilities as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
