Clean Air Metals Inc. (TSXV:AIR)(FRA:CKU)(OTCQB: CLRMF) announced that Dr. Lionnel Djon resigned as VP of Exploration to pursue other opportunities. The company stated Djon contributed to identifying and drill validating the Escape down-plunge target area during his two-year tenure.

Dr. David Peck will provide interim technical leadership for geoscience initiatives. Peck joined the Clean Air Metals board in early 2024 and holds a Ph.D. in geology from Melbourne University and an M.Sc. from the University of Windsor. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist in Ontario and Manitoba with expertise in magmatic Platinum group and Nickel Copper Sulphide deposits.

The company will announce a permanent replacement after evaluating current financing options and determining its 2026 strategic direction. Clean Air Metals operates the Thunder Bay North Critical Minerals project in Ontario, which contains indicated mineral resources of 14.9 million tonnes grading 2.66 g/t platinum and palladium, 0.40% copper and 0.24% nickel according to a November 2025 technical report.

The Thunder Bay North project includes the Current and Escape deposits located 2.5 kilometers apart and 40 kilometers northeast of Thunder Bay. The deposits are accessible by road and positioned near existing infrastructure in what the company describes as a mining-friendly jurisdiction.
