Circus SE names unnamed Co-CEO/CFO with aviation and auto background
Circus SE (XETRA: CA1), a Munich-based technology company, announced the appointment of a new Co-CEO and Chief Financial Officer, whose identity will not be disclosed until a confidentiality agreement expires in mid-July 2026.
The incoming executive has over a decade of senior leadership experience in corporate and financing strategy, mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, and business development in the aviation and automotive industries. The company said the new Co-CEO/CFO will focus on the same disciplines at Circus SE.
Nikolas Bullwinkel continues as sole Managing Director and CEO. Claus Holst Gydesen, the former Co-CEO, transitions to Chairman of the Advisory Board. Former CFO Fabian Becker is departing the executive team after nearly five years to pursue his own entrepreneurial path. Becker will remain available in an advisory capacity and will join the Supervisory Board of Circus Defence SE.
The new Co-CEO/CFO is scheduled to be formally introduced at the company's Q2 Operational Update on July 16, 2026.
According to a press release, Circus SE develops AI models, autonomous robotic systems, and an operating platform for civilian and defense applications.
