Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) has elected Uriel "Ose" Oseguera as Treasurer, effective November 1, 2026, succeeding Navin Mahajan, who will retire after nearly 30 years with the company.

Oseguera will oversee Chevron's treasury organization, including capital markets, corporate finance, insurance, credit, and risk management. He will report to Chief Financial Officer Eimear Bonner.

Oseguera joined Chevron in 1990 and currently serves as Vice President of Upstream Business Performance & Finance. He has held leadership roles in finance, treasury, and planning across Venezuela, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, and the United States, and previously served as General Manager of Chevron's Financial Shared Services organization. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California.

Mahajan has served as Chevron's Treasurer since 2019, holding leadership roles across treasury, finance, compliance, and business organizations globally during his tenure.

"Ose brings an exceptional combination of treasury expertise, global business leadership, and deep company knowledge to the Treasurer role," Bonner said.
