Charm Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: CHRM) has appointed Tony Yu as the Company's chief technology officer.
Through this newly-created position, Yu is expected to support the strategic development of Charm's digital initiatives and spearhead the building and upgrading of the Company's corporate information technology infrastructure. Yu will report directly to the Company's founder, chairman and chief executive officer, Mr. He Dang.
