Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) announced that Chief Financial Officer Drew Asher will step down from his role on December 31, 2026, and retire from the company at the end of 2027.

Chris Neczypor has been named as his successor, effective January 1, 2027. Neczypor is expected to join the company in September 2026 and work alongside Asher during the transition period. Asher will remain with the company through 2027 to support strategic initiatives.

Centene also reaffirmed its full-year 2026 adjusted diluted earnings per share guidance of greater than $4.80, along with all other 2026 full-year guidance metrics issued in its July 28, 2026, second-quarter earnings press release.
