Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc. (TSXV: CCDS) appointed Mark Alexander as chief revenue officer, effective April 7, 2026, according to a company statement.

Alexander previously served as regional commercial sales manager at Purolator, where he focused on account growth, retention and yield management in western Canadian business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets. The company operates data centers in Vancouver, Ottawa, Saint John, Canada and Perth, Australia.

"The addition of Mr. Alexander comes at an ideal time. With our growing portfolio of five data centers, and more on the way, we want to ensure that we maximize revenue per center, per rack and per megawatt," said Mark Binns, chief executive officer.

The Vancouver-based company also granted 350,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants at an exercise price of $1.20, expiring April 7, 2036. The options vest in four equal tranches over 24 months, with the first portion vesting six months after grant.

Carrier Connect focuses on acquiring tier II and III data centers internationally that provide co-location services to artificial intelligence companies, service providers, enterprises and small businesses. The company describes itself as carrier-neutral with fully independent systems within its leased facilities.
