CareCloud names Bonnie Boyer as CFO, effective October 1

CareCloud, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCLD) announced that its board of directors has promoted Bonnie Boyer from Assistant Chief Financial Officer to Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026.

Boyer succeeds Norman Roth, who served as Interim CFO for more than two years. Roth will remain with the Somerset, N.J.-based company as Advisor to the CEO.

Boyer holds an MBA and CPA designation and brings more than 15 years of finance experience across public companies, SaaS, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. She joined CareCloud in July 2026 from Guident Corp., an autonomous technology company, where she served as CFO and led public-company and IPO readiness initiatives. She previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at Sagent M&C and held senior finance roles at publicly traded KEMET Corporation. She began her career at KPMG.

As CFO, Boyer will oversee CareCloud's global finance organization and work with the executive team on growth strategy, capital allocation, and investor relations.

CEO Stephen Snyder credited Roth with helping guide the company through a period of financial transition, noting that CareCloud enters its next phase with 2026 revenue guidance of approximately $130 million.

CareCloud provides healthcare technology and revenue cycle management solutions to more than 40,000 providers.
