CRA hires Patrick Hillan as VP in its life sciences practice

Charles River Associates (NASDAQ: CRAI) has appointed Patrick Hillan as Vice President in its Life Sciences Practice, the Boston-based consulting firm announced.

Hillan joins CRA from a life sciences consulting firm where he worked as a partner, advising pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on medical affairs strategy and launch readiness across multiple therapeutic areas. His work included healthcare professional and patient insight generation, strategic and tactical planning, integrated evidence generation planning, and scientific platform and narrative development.

Hillan holds an MSc in Neuroscience and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Edinburgh.

"He has deep expertise in medical affairs strategy, having partnered with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies across a broad range of therapeutic areas to generate actionable stakeholder insights, develop evidence-based strategies, and support successful product launches worldwide," said Paul Maleh, President and Chief Executive Officer of Charles River Associates.
