CNS Pharmaceuticals names three executives to new leadership team

CNS Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: CNSP) announced the appointment of three executives to key leadership positions, effective March 2, 2026. The biopharmaceutical company named Steven O'Loughlin as Chief Financial Officer, Eric Faulkner as Chief Technology Officer, and Dylan Wenke as Chief Business Officer.
The appointments follow the recent hiring of Rami Levin as President and Chief Executive Officer six weeks earlier. Levin stated the new team will help build CNS Pharmaceuticals into a "strategic, forward-looking, execution-driven biotechnology company."
O'Loughlin brings over 15 years of senior financial leadership experience in public biotechnology companies. He previously served as CFO of Actinium Pharmaceuticals, where he led equity financings and business development transactions.
Faulkner has more than 30 years of experience in biotechnology, including roles at IO Biotech, Homology Medicines, Shire and Biogen IDEC. He has led manufacturing and development efforts for clinical and commercial products across oncology, central nervous system, rare disease and gene therapy.
Wenke has experience in corporate development and strategic transactions in biotechnology. He previously held senior business development roles at Corbus Pharmaceuticals, Bluejay Therapeutics and EuMentis Therapeutics.
CNS Pharmaceuticals develops treatments for primary and metastatic cancers in the brain and central nervous system. The company's drug candidate TPI 287 has been tested in over 350 patients in clinical trials for various conditions including recurrent glioblastoma and metastatic brain cancer.
