CIRCUS names Frank Holtey as chief commercial officer

Circus Group (XETRA: CA1) appointed Frank Holtey as chief commercial officer, the Munich-based AI robotics company announced. Holtey brings over 30 years of international sales experience and has served on the company's management team for the past 1.5 years as director of global affairs.

In his previous role, Holtey helped build Circus Group's international operations and develop major accounts including REWE. The company develops autonomous AI robotics systems for commercial and defense applications.

As chief commercial officer, Holtey will oversee the company's commercial strategy, focusing on growth, brand positioning and international expansion. His responsibilities include sales and strategy, marketing, partner relations and customer experience.

"Frank takes on the role of CCO at a pivotal moment," said Nikolas Bullwinkel, CEO and founder of Circus. "We are in a dynamic scaling phase marked by international roll-outs, strategic partnerships, and rapidly growing demand."

The appointment comes as Circus Group increases high-volume production and scales deployments of its CA-1 AI robot with customers including REWE and Meta. The company is also expanding commercial activities in Europe's defense sector.

Circus Group expects to deliver autonomous systems in the triple-digit range next year, according to the company statement. Dr. Max Schwaller will continue as VP commercial, focusing on building new major accounts and business areas in the European market.

The company's shares trade on several German exchanges including Frankfurt's m:access market under the symbol CA1.
