Box, Inc. (NYSE: BOX) announced that Eli Berkovitch, Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, informed the company of his intention to resign effective October 23, 2026, to pursue other opportunities.
The company stated that Berkovitch's resignation was not the result of any disagreement regarding financial statements, internal controls, operations, policies, or practices. Berkovitch served in his role for eleven and a half years.
Dylan Smith, Box's Cofounder and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as interim principal accounting officer upon Berkovitch's departure while the company conducts a search for a permanent replacement. Smith will continue in his role as CFO and principal financial officer.
